First 11 of the 114 items purportedly citing Part 1 of the article in the journal Forest Ecology & Management. The query consisted of the main title of the article, and the list was produced by clicking on the Cited by link.  (I added the rank order number to the result list for simple identification).

Of the first 10 items 9 do not cite the  article in the journal but one or more of the several yearly technical reports, so these should not be credited to the journal. Item #4 could not be checked as it requires subscription, therefore the 11^th item was checked. The test yielded a 90% false positive rate.
